More Resources for Fighting Inflammation

If you have the Plant-Based Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook, first, thank you. I hope you are getting a lot out of it. I did my best to explain inflammation as clearly as I could and provide recipes to make anti-inflammatory eating a tasty experience.

If you want more ideas for feeding your body in ways that helps decrease the inflammation that’s causing your pain or keeping you from living your best life, check out these resources.

Take a cooking class with me, or 1-on-1 sessions

Check out my Classes page. I offer 1-on-1 sessions as well as online cooking classes.

My cooking classes take place over Zoom, and each one focuses on a theme such as “Roasting and Broiling Vegetables,” “Taco Party!,” and “Butternut Squash and Pumpkin.” Sign up for a class and cook along in real time (including free trouble-shooting help!), or just watch me demo the recipes. In addition to the class, you get a recipe packet and a PowerPoint with nutritional information and ideas for making delicious meals.

The 1-on-1 sessions (five 45-minute sessions) also take place over Zoom and are customized to each person. If the 1-on-1 sessions aren’t available through Portland Community College because of over-enrollment, please contact me and we can work out a package for you.
