The 30-Day Plant-Based Eating Habit Challenge

We run the Challenges every 2-3 months. Fill out the form below if you would like to be notified of the next Challenge.

Habits. Eating healthy is not something you just do or don’t do. You may have some healthy eating habits and some not-so-healthy eating habits. This challenge is two-fold. We’ll each work on instilling one (only one) new healthy eating habit for 30 days. And we’ll learn about best practices for formulating and sticking with new habits so that we can add more and more habits as the year goes on.

The challenge. The challenge is free: no hidden costs or anything for sale. You choose the habit for yourself. Maybe it’s

  • Eating an apple every day

  • Eating beans or lentils at lunch and dinner every day

  • Eating two servings of fruit at breakfast every day

  • Eating three servings of whole grains every day

See this post for an explanation of a small habit and more examples.

One habit. Rather than aim for a major goal or transformation, we’re going to focus in on instilling one habit using research-based information on how to set and support new habits to make them stick.

All are welcome. It doesn’t matter if you’re a 100% plant-based eater or not. Everyone is welcome. If you’re interested in forming at least one healthy plant-based eating habit, this challenge is for you.

To sign up for the challenge, simply fill out the sign-up box below. You’ll get:

  • Three emails a week during the challenge to cheer you on and share techniques for supporting a new eating habit

  • A tracking sheet to mark off the days you followed your habit
