GV comments: I wish I had discovered turmeric tea a long time ago. Better late than never. And better than paying $4 for a cup is making your own -- very inexpensive and just as good. You can tailor the amounts to your taste. I like less ginger, fewer peppercorns, and half instead of a whole cinnamon stick. I use agave instead of honey, and use cashew milk or whatever nondairy milk I have on hand. Turmeric (fresh or dried) has all sorts of nutritional and medicinal value, meaning you can feel virtuous while you enjoy this.
Timing: About 5 minutes! Love that!
