GV comment: This is my everyday go-to salad dressing. It's creamy and has a satisfying umami edge to it. I've tried a lot of oil-free dressing recipes, and not many of them work for me. This one started from a cookbook I've long given away (I can't remember the title), and I've tinkered with it to make it my own.
Timing: Very fast, maybe 5 minutes if you use bottled lemon juice and garlic powder
Affordability: The tahini is the only semi-expensive ingredient, and a half-cup is maybe a couple of dollars.
Nutrition: Whole-food unprocessed
