GV comments: The great part about this recipe is that these saucy sauteed mushrooms can be used in so many ways (see below). You'll probably have enough to do at least two things with them. These mushrooms are super flavorful and easy to make.
- As a side dish
- On a baked potato
- With pasta
- On rice (could also have sauteed greens alongside)
- In a quesadilla with vegan cheese
- In a bowl with grains and other roasted vegetables
