GV comments: I adapted a recipe I found for these fries, mostly by decreasing the oil and making the spicing optional. These are easy and reliable and much less oily than restaurant sweet potato fries. They come out crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. They go well with veggie burgers or with anything that needs a hot side dish, really.
Timing: About 45 minutes, including peeling and cutting the sweet potato
Affordability: very inexpensive
Nutrition: Mostly whole-food
