GV comments: These wraps are delicious. My husband, a vegan-at-home, gobbled his first one up and asked for a second before he noticed there was tofu in it. I actually marinated and baked the tofu beforehand since he doesn't like squishy tofu. I also cut up the tofu into small irregular pieces, again so it doesn't stand out too much. We like a bit of mango chutney on our samosa wraps--it really evokes a samosa treat that way.
Timing: Around 45-60 minutes
Nutrition: Whole-food unprocessed (I don't count tofu as "processed," although some do)
