Skinny Vegan Lasagna

GV comments:  You might get push-back from omnivores because this is meatless ("How can it be lasagna without meat???"), but I think they'll have to admit the taste is great. I don’t like bottled spaghetti sauce, so I use my own; otherwise this is a winner. The use of hummus is brilliant: it disguises the tofu (no need to tell anyone about the tofu unless they demand to know) and imparts a nutty, deep taste to the "cheese" layer. Note that this does not make a typically large pan of lasagna: you may need to double it.
