GV comments: This vegan and gluten-free version of Chili Rellenos offers a great combination of crispy, saucy, spicy, and mellow. You won't mistake it for the cheese version--that's not the right comparison (cheese tastes so good because it's essentially all fat and salt). This pleases in its own slimmer way, and is a great vegan recipe with Poblano peppers. I used a can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes instead of roasting my own.Try it!
