The gorgeous colors of Swiss chard can be color-coordinated with the season -- I love the red-stemmed variety during the winter holidays. The additional tastes of kalamata olives, pine nuts, garlic, and golden raisins make this a clear winner.

Nutrition: Whole-food unprocessed if you water-saute instead of use the 2 teaspoons of oil, but quite healthy even if you use the oil.
