GV comments: I tried so many vegan pecan pie recipes, I was almost ready to give up. Then I found this one. The "gooey" ingredients cook up just like eggs do in regular pecan pie. You won't believe it till you've tried it. I recommend chopping the pecans to help the pieces hold together better, even though you sacrifice the lovely look of pecan halves. You may need to cover the outer crust to prevent it from burning.
Time: Around 90 minutes
Nutrition: Significant fat/sugar/processed (but oh, so good!)
Can be made gluten-free.
