GV comments:  This isn’t spicy-hot—the flavor is subtle and soothing. It’s substantial—I suggest pairing with sandwiches or a salad for a family meal. It contains two nutritional powerhouses, lentils and greens. If you have a family member, like I do, who doesn't like greens, just leave them out.
