GV comments:  I practically wept when my doubtful omnivore husband pronounced these burgers delicious. It was a huge milestone in our (my?) efforts to move him off daily meat meals. The recipe gives you a template for the amounts of different kinds of ingredients, and they offer some combinations for you to try, but you can personalize as much as you like.
