GV comments: It’s hard to believe that only five ingredients lead to this tasty dish (six, if you count rice, which would make it a full entrée). The curry paste is the key, and it's not too hot. You’ll be able to find lots of other recipes to use it in (including the Massaman Curry Vegetables recipe I recommend). If you or your family haven't eaten much Thai food, you may find a new favorite cuisine.
