GV comments:  This is an excellent way to go Chinese:  easy-to-find ingredients, inexpensive, and quick. If you use whole wheat angel hair pasta (or a whole-grain gluten-free pasta), it’s almost completely unprocessed. You could combine this with vegetable spring rolls, an Asian coleslaw, a side of garlic green beans, or a miso soup to make a filling meal.  

Timing: Under 30 minutes

Affordability: Total $10 or less
