GV comments:  This is super-healthy, but tasty, too. The orange juice concentrate and hoisin sauce make for a sweet but complex sauce that the family will love.  Visually stunning with so many colorful vegetables, it's sure to please. With good portions of rice, it may be enough for dinner without side dishes.
