GV comments:  This recipe started my husband on a months'-long ramen-and-lunch jag. It's easy and ingenious: take the ease and comfort of instant ramen noodles, but throw away the flavor packs and replace them with tasty broth and add healthy vegetables. You can experiment with your choice of vegetables, too. Comforting and delicious, this is a winner.
