GV comments: This is a convivial meal, because you can cover the table with add-ins to let each person customize their dish. With colorful bowls and pretty placements, you can create a festive atmosphere. If you and your family like things spicy, leave the jalapeno seeds in.  If you don't like too spicy, cut out the seeds and the membranes the seeds are attached to. I also recommend having salsa on hand for those who want to add it.
